The agreement that governs your use of Invisipilot. Please read it carefully.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Invisipilot (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The service
Invisipilot provides real-time transcription and AI-generated suggestions to help you prepare for and practice interviews, plus a private overlay for live sessions. Suggestions are generated by third-party AI models and may be inaccurate — always use your own judgement.
3. Acceptable use
Invisipilot is intended for legitimate interview preparation and practice. You are responsible for using it in compliance with the rules, policies, and applicable laws of any platform, employer, or institution you interact with. Do not use the Service to cheat where doing so is prohibited, to harass others, or for any unlawful purpose.
4. Accounts and balance
Some features consume time from your balance. Your balance is for use within the Service, has no cash value, and is non-transferable. Your account and balance are managed on our server; time is only added by a verified payment and only deducted when you use a session.
5. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that transcriptions or AI suggestions are accurate, complete, or suitable for any purpose.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Invisipilot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for the outcome of any interview or decision made in reliance on the Service.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
